Understanding our client’s business is one of the most important stages in identifying a target. Our understanding your  needs with respect to the target such as size of the target company and its market, product portfolio, distribution or sourcing tie-ups, etc.

Listing of Potential Partners

With a high-level market overview of the sector, we assess the sector’s attractiveness and help in identifying the real local challenges. We then provide our client with an exhaustive list of targets.

Analysis of the shortlisted companies

We prepare a detailed analysis report on the shortlisted companies for our client. This report contains information such as the company profile, manufacturing locations, existing clientele and financial information, if possible.

Decision, negotiation and legal/regulatory assistance

Once you have agreed  on the selected potential partner company , ascertaining & convincing  the potential partner  to  express their interest in the proposed deal. This would include :

Ø Establishing communication with potential partners.

Ø Reaching the partner decision makers / Negotiation of potential acceptance barriers.

Ø Initial discussions for partner to  consider further process based on product “Market Need Recognition & Value to Customers”

Besides assisting in partner selection, valuation, negotiations, etc. we also provide services in the post set-up stage. Our monitoring services help gauge whether the milestones and spirit of the joint venture agreement are being adhered to.
